A non-profit making Association, run by volunteers, whose members are all thoroughly checked and adhere to our 'Code of
INTODogs members all practise non-violent, respectful methods of training, behaviour and communication.
They recognise the importance of being open-minded to those who use various gentle methods of dog and behaviour training other
than their own, and the importance of continued study to enhance the service they provide to dog owners across the world.

Veterinary personnel know that all INTO Dogs members are happy to work closely with the referring practice, giving them the
confidence they require to recommend our members to offer help to their clients.

- Provide honest, professional services of the highest standards.
- Treat all dogs and clients with respect.
- Respect clients’ wishes regarding the training of their dogs.
- Continue with their professional development by reading relevant materials; attending suitable conferences, workshops and
seminars etc
- Not give guarantees regarding the outcome of training, because there is no sure way to guarantee the cooperation and
performance of all parties involved and because the knowledge of animal behaviour is incomplete. This should not be
confused with a desire to guarantee client satisfaction with professional services.
- Hold the privacy of their clients in confidence and all information obtained in the course of professional services, unless
otherwise agreed upon in advance.

insurance in connection with one to one training, shows, functions and events they attend under the INTO Dogs banner.
